Journey Before the Goal

Here’s the honest truth:

I am way more comfortable in the familiar of my day to day: running around the city between studios and gyms, working with private clients, filming classes and writing content. When I do something I’ve never done before, like organizing a retreat to Panama, I’m scared shitless. Will people want to come? Will it be worth all the effort? Have I thought of all the details? Is the location, the pricing, the marketing correct? With the VIP presale starting today, I’ve been going round and round in my head all weekend.

Then I got this reminder right when I needed it:

The journey always provides more growth than the goal itself. Balance taking active steps toward your goals without the need to check something off your list. You are not your shortcomings - you are continuously learning and growing into yourself. Nobody is a finished product. Accept yourself as you are and tolerate imperfection within yourself.

So whether or not I’ve done everything “right“ or created “perfection,” life goes on. The retreat is happening. And I couldn’t be more excited to guide it into fruition.

While you can no longer sign up for the VIP presale for my Panama retreat, early bird registration will open on Monday, July 25th. During early bird, you can still save $300 off my retail pricing for a limited time. Look out for the promo code and registration link next week.

And reminder that you can practice with me at the Virginia Robinson Gardens this Saturday, July 16th - more info and sign up here.
