Transform Your Practice

Coming at you this week with some information you might not know about the work I find most valuable to my students and that is most meaningful to me as a teacher.

While I know most of you from group classes, what I love most is working one-on-one with clients.

There is so much value to be mined from learning specifically how your body moves and where you have the opportunity to develop more awareness. I have seen clients transform their movement practice through one-on-one training.

When I work with clients, this is what guides our sessions:

I’ll give you the tools to move better and to feel better on your own.

I’ll help you find ways to make your body smarter.

I’ll help you gain more strength and resilience from creative and tested methods.

I’ll ask you to build routines and discipline instead of relying on me.

I’ll ask you more questions rather than telling you what to do.

I’ll help you identity pain and discomfort and help to ease it up and manage it - maybe even reduce and remove it.

I’ll cheer you on to embrace new movements instead of telling you to fear moving your body.

I currently have space in my books for more clients; if you’re interested, you can work with me 1-on-1 online or in person. Click the CONNECT tab on my website to drop me a line.
