Just Be
This week I share with you a little mantra, courtesy of Matilda Djerf, that’s been helping me reduce the pressure I put on myself this time of year:
I am doing my best
My best looks different day to day and that is okay
It’s important to rest
It’s important to listen to my body
My body is my home
My home deserves love
My home deserves respect
My home deserves kindness
It’s okay to not do anything. It’s okay to take it one hour at a time. It’s okay to need time for myself. It’s okay to say no.
It’s okay to just be.
