Joy in the Rain

I’ve been going through a tough season of life.

From challenging professional moments to dealing with car repairs, I feel like I’ve been standing in an endless downpour the last few months.

But I’ve tried to remember this adage:

“If you do not find joy in the rain, you will have less joy but the same amount of rain.”

So I’m looking to the good that surrounds me even in a downpour and reminding myself to bask in it. I’m out of office for the first week of July as I head back to Wisconsin to soak in the waters of my youth. I’ll be back in LA resuming my group classes and privates on Monday, July 10th.
